ToffInstitute of Management and Engineering  Studies is a constituent body of Society for Managerial Assistance, Research and Technical Education,(SMART), Lucknow. SMART has been at the forefront of technology enabled education in   India since 2001, and has been instrumental in bringing about social transformation through technology led education.The organization has endeavored to open newer  vistas of learning through optimal use of  technology and child centric approach of  interactive classrooms along with quality  contents.
